Surrounded by green hills, cultivated with vineyards and olive trees, the historic center of padenghe sul Garda still conserves the structure of a fortified village.
The medieval castle, dated back to the X century, is characterized by three towers and a smaller external one, to defend the entrance.
Important monuments are the Church of Sant'Emiliano, in Romanesque style, the Parish church of Santa Maria, built in 1682, and the Barbieri Palace.
