An amazing trip into the past, exploring the Earth of 100 million years ago...Thanks to the initiative "In Search of Prehistory", San Lorenzello promotes and enhances the green area of St. Sebastian Park, set at the entrance of the town, where there is a permanent exhibition composed by over ten models of fiberglass dinosaurs.
This enchanting little place is characterized by green wood full of forest trees, medicinal plants and herbs.
The town's layout is mediaeval in design and is full of workshops where you can see the production of the area's famous pottery, as you wonder through the alleys, squares and subways.
San Lorenzello pottery, along with the work produced in Cerreto Sannita, is considered the highest form of local craftsmanship, and is known throughout the world.
